“Every job I laugh at the thresholds. After we complete a project and move onto the next, the thresholds are stepped over every day, ignored, just a transition. During a job the thresholds are where so many crafts come together. It is the union of framers, tile setters, floor layers, trim carpenters, painters. After we at CCC leaves the the project, If people tripped over the threshold or stubbed a toe they would realize the management wasn’t there. Because they are ignored, shows the management was.”
